I am Keneikhrienuo Junia Dzuvichu, and I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. For the past 12 years, I have dedicated myself to the field of mental health, working with children, adolescents, parents and adults in various roles, including counseling, training, guiding, supervising, and developing frameworks and curriculum aimed at integrating mental health into the organisational system. My approach is grounded in Person-Centered counseling, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of individuals. I utilize an eclectic method that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative, Art and Somatic Therapy. I staunchly advocate for the parity of mental well-being with physical health, asserting that nurturing our psychological welfare is fundamental to not only personal resilience but also to bolstering the mental health of those in our immediate circles. By prioritizing mental wellness, we empower ourselves to advocate for mental health support, thereby contributing meaningfully to the collective well-being of our communities.
